In 2005 Elders Real Estate Batemans Bay opened its new modern office with the vision of providing experienced real estate service to Batemans Bay and its surrounds. Directors, Robert McBride and Greig McFarlane started the business from the ground up but was backed up by a wealth of knowledge both being in the industry for the past 25 years each.
“We decided to join the ‘Elders’ group because of their reputation throughout Australia and have not looked back”. Elders Real Estate have been a fantastic group to be associated with providing our office the support needed to run a successful Real Estate Business.
Elders Batemans Bay started with listing and selling properties and we currently have six sales agents servicing our Vendors. In July 2009 decided we needed to expand our ever growing business into the property management section. We believed that our Vendors and Purchasers would benefit greatly from our new venture and today our property management division is thriving with two property managers and a property officer on our staff. Recently we have been awarded the 2012 Number 1 Property Management Office ‘New Managements’.
